Tonia Caselman

Tonia Caselman, PhD, is associate professor at the Anne and Henry Zarrow School of Social Work at the University of Oklahoma. Tonia has been a national speaker and is the author of numerous articles, books and therapeutic games. She and her daughters are co-founders of Estrofests, a blog “for women of all estrogen levels,” describing humorous aspects of women’s lives and offering girlfriend party ideas.
